Easily the best small hardware store in Fresno. (It's like the Tardis in Dr Who). If Cobb's ain't got none, you gotta go to National Hardware. But don't tell 'em Jon Darling sent you, 'cos they threw me out for loitering.

It’s a small hardware store with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. It’s certainly not the cheapest place but when you are looking for help with your project, the premium is worth it. Also much more efficient than getting lost at home depot for hours tying to find an employee who actually knows anything about construction. Also the best place to get obscure keys copied, they seem to have nearly every style ever made!

I've lived down the street for almost 2 years and FINALLY had a chance to swing in to grab a few things today, and was VERY pleased! Staff was pleasantly friendly and helpful. The prices on some stuff is a little steep, but worth paying to avoid trekking out to one of those chain stores where you can never find effective/knowledgeable help.

It’s the best store ever anything you need any size . The best thing of all is that they have excellent customer service. I mean excellent. As a woman some men make you feel like you never want to ask for help . Not there you feel comfortable, respected and you always get what you came for advice is always free and the help is always exactly, the curved or springy , thingy your asking about. They know exactly what I mean every time. It’s great. Every body there is great . I recommend to everybody even out of town.

This hardware store has been here for over 50 years for a great reason. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Their prices are competitive and what you can save from the big warehouse stores is no comparison to the quality of care and know how they will help you with in your tasks and projects. Support your neighborhood hardware store and enjoy the hometown comfort of friends helping each other out.

This store is really convenient. It saves you a trip to Home Depot or Lowe's. But you will pay for it? That's all I gotta say.

Lovely locally owned hardware store. I highly recommend you stop here for little items before you head to Home Depot or Lowe's. The two gentleman working there are knowledgeable and very helpful. They also sell local honey. Support Local! :)

Great local hardware joint. Unfortunately, the option of hardware stores is limited in the Tower/Fresno High area, but Cobbs has most of the basics. Enough to save you a 30 minute trip across town. Much more well stocked than it was a few years ago. And the staff seems eager to help.

Way overpriced!!! But Im down on corporations and way good with family owned and operated.... As far as the price, they have to make something. And they have a good variety of stuff. Go in and check them out. It's worth paying a little more to not have to give a (RICH) corporation any more money.
